Return and Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all e-book sales on YALMUP E-BOOKS are generally final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered.

However, refunds or replacements may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as if the file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be accessed due to a technical error on our part. In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of purchase by contacting [email protected] with their order details and a description of the issue.

Order cancellations are only possible before the download link has been issued or accessed. Once delivery has occurred, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

YALMUP E-BOOKS reserves the right to approve or decline refund and cancellation requests at its sole discretion in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in Ghana.
